An employee misspelled the email address for the ecard. How can I change / correct it?
Hey @jonbanjovi - you can go into the Sales Transactions Page on your Dashboard on a web browser and find the transaction where the eGift Card was purchased. You can then click on the gift card and press Resend, and it will give you the opportunity to change the email address!

that's great. I knew you could resend it but I didn't know it would give you the option to change the address.
