I am new to Square and have a few questions. Is this the best way to get help? I couldn't find any contact information for customer service.
My only purpose for joining Square was to create a page to sell eGift cards for my photography business & I have a few questions:
(1) If someone purchases one of the cards will I receive an email notification alerting me? Since I otherwise don't use Square, simply having the item in the dashboard does me little good.
(2) Do I receive payment when a client purchases the gift card or they redeem it?
(3) Once I've received payment, do I have to pay a fee to transfer that revenue out of Square and into my bank account?

Here are the answers to your questions:
We do standard 1-2 business day deposits for free after receiving a payment. If you want the funds sooner, you could link a debit card to use Instant Deposit. To have funds instantly deposited onto your debit card, there is a small fee. Here is more information on Instant Deposit.
