Won't let me finish signing up

When I try and use it it goes to a page that says finish signing up, it has verified my bank account, and I feel I've done all I can, and it still takes me back to the original page in the beginning, but all I can hit to actually go to a different pages is,  "I'll do this later"  when I hit the  ...  in the lower left-hand corner, it does nothing, so I can't get to where I need to finish signing up
