Will I know right away if the transaction is approved or do I have to wait a day?

Will I know instantly if my transaction is approved or do I have to wait and check my bank deposit?

If you take a credit card payment for a transaction you will know immediately if the credit card was approved or declined as you will either get the signature screen (meaning it was approved) or get a screen saying this card was declined.  The funds are transferred from your customer's credit card to square at that moment and then transferred in 1 large batch the next business day to your account.
