Why some of my sales for the day not showing in my reports?

I have two separate sales for the day that are not showing up in my reports for deposit but the customers do show in my customer files as having made a purchase today. How do I get them to show in my reports so I can make them with my daily deposit?

Hello @leswri, have you checked the dates you're looking at on your Square Dashboard? You should see the option at the top of the reports page. 

I've had this happen to me before.

Yeah I did. It showed only two sales total for that day instead of four but the whole deposit did go into my account.

Well getting your deposit is good. 😃 

When you get a chance I recommend giving our Support Team a call. They will definitely want to take at your Dashboard to see whats going on.
