Why is transaction not showing in balance

what is the cause why I can’t see my balance but see the payment in transaction?

There are times where transactions may take up to 1 hour to reflect in your balance. This may be caused by network congestion or Payment Processing delay. 

Another scenario is if the system identified possible risk on the transaction that was processed. If that is ever the case our team would email you with actions steps to proceed.
