Why is my cc tips owed and cash owed 2 different numbers?

On square restaurant it’s showing my employees cc tips are what they should be and the cash owed is a total different number, why? We do not understand what’s happening

Sounds like either a bug, or a setting on your account that isn't quite right. It actually might be best if you give our support team a call when you have a moment. They'll be able to dig into your account and check the settings as well as do some comparing of your employee tip report vs. the cash owed.
