Why does the Square Register not require a passcode when turned on?
Hello @Hideawaysc thanks for your question. I think if you go into your Square Register, and go to Settings. Choose Security and Enable Pass codes. You may need to log out of your register in order for the passcode option to take effect.
If you have multiple employees who need different access, you can set up Team Access to your Square equipment. For more info check out this link.
