Why does owner's name show up on printed receipts?

Hello,

I'd like to remove the owner's name from the printed receipts but haven't found a way to do it.  Why does it show up at all? Hope this has a simple enough measure ...  Does anyone have anything on this?

you can setup all the options here as to what shows up on your receipt.
