Why does my Deposit amount from Square in QBO differ from my reports in Square?

I have added Square and my bank feeds to my QBO. Some Square transactions seem to import correctly but I notice some do not have the right deposit amount. When I pull up the transfer report for one of these transactions the amount matches the bank feed deposit but however it is being imported into QBO does not match. No one at QBO seems to be able to help so hoping someone here might be able to shed some light on why that is happening and how to fix? Thank you!

I use QBO as well, and I don't seem to have that problem of transactions not matching.   Does there seem to be a certain pattern of the ones that don't match or are they just random ones transactions here and there that don't seem to match?  Do the differed transactions seem to have the same % discrepancy across the board or is that as well different and random amounts?
