Why does appointments keep asking for access to my contacts?

I don’t understand why it needs all of the contacts in my phone and I don’t want a disaster so I keep saying no.

Do I need to allow this?

Hey @electrologist!

Contacts are totally optional. A lot of apps will ask for that so you can easily add your contacts into the app for customer directory/client purposes.

You don't have to enable them though so no worries there.
