I'm trying to resend an invoice and I cannot seem to find any option to do so anywhere. The client said they are unable to open the document. I figured I'd try to resend it before having them do a bunch of work and getting them irritated.

First I would probably ask the customer to try a different browser. It sounds like they're just experiencing a browser issue and that can be common with internet browsers such as Internet Explorer.
If they still can't open, you can share the link to the invoice by navigating to the Invoices tab of your online Dashboard and selecting > More > Share and it will give you a share-able link there to send them!
