I am a new customer and will have employees out in the field collecting payments. We want them to have their own log-ins to the square app but have the funds deposited to our bank account. I keep seeing references to Mobile Staff, which I think would be a good solution for us, but then cannot find out how to use it.
You can create team members from your account and provide them a personal passcode for them to be able to sign in in your account without having access to all the information, just to take payments or to access to specific sections of your account. You can track their payments or sales using this passcodes and you can find this option navigating through your online dashboard going to: Team > Team Members > Create Team member> File the information of the employee > they will receive an invitation via email > Once they accept it you can edit the passcode you want to provide them.
