Why do previous employees show up as 'no charge' to reactive them in the system?

Hey! I'm happy to help out with this one.

 

From what I can tell, it sounds like these employees may have been mobile staff before we launched employee management. If that is the case, then they are "grandfathered" in. Meaning, you wouldn't have to pay the $5.00 per month, per employee for now.
