How to get 2 stands to work together?

I have 2 stands in a restaurant. I want to be able to access open tickets from either stand. How can I get my stands to communicate?

Your Open Tickets should actually sync to your account, and be available on each of devices.

Has that not been the case?

They should automatically.  I have 3 registers full time and as long as open tickets is turned on all 3 machines can see them.
