Why do I have to go to a Windows 10 to view my Dashboard?

Why can't I see the Dashboard on my old Windows XP and an older Ipad. I have to go to a Windows 10 ?

@robinsonelec It sounds like the browser on your computer, and on your iPad are out of date.

Are seeing a specific error message when you try to update to Windows 10 on your computer?

For your older iPad, keep in mind you need to have  iOS 9.0 or higher to process payments with the app.
