I'm sorry to keep you waiting for a reply @Pauly! Can you repy here with a bit more information about the Point of Sale systems you have at your business? 

It sounds like you might be using Square for Restaurants. If that's the case, that app can only be used on iPads at this time. Square for Restaurants isn’t available for Square Register or on iPhones/Android devices.
