Where do I send the email from the credit card company that says a chargeback was canceled?

If your customer reversed the Chargeback then the bank should be reaching out to our disputes team regarding this update. As you may or may not know already the dispute process could take up to 60 days to conclude and it could take some time for the disputing bank to provide us with this course change.
However, if you still wish to provide this email to our team, I would recommend reaching out to our support team via phone or email and letting them know about this email you have received. If you wish to do this then, please reach out directly by logging into your Square account and heading here
