The employee timecards are showing the wrong times (an hour later than actual). I"m in AZ, Mountain time zone and we don't change the time for daylight savings. I thought I could deal with the time being an hour off but it's driving me crazy. My tablet has the correct time but I can't find the place on Square to change the time.

You can change the time zone for your account from your Square Dashboard.
