Where can I see my transfers from Square to my bank account? I only used square for a month, but now we are doing taxes and I need a statement showing my transfers from square to the bank, when and how much. I couldn't even find a way to export into excel and had to manually create a report with my sales.
@hkats You can go to your online dashboard go to Balance ----> View all Transfers and there you will have a list where you can also export and filter by date range.
@hkats ;
Besides Donnie-M ways to see or export your balance you could go to transactions on your dashboard, and export them using the Export button on the right. There you have 3 choices for the exports Transactions, Items Summary, and Items Details. Just so you know most of these exports including the Transfer one Donnie-M recommends do not list a net deposit as an export, but list your gross sales and other columns such as discounts, taxes, and fees. So to figure out what gets deposited you need to subtract discounts and fees, since they do not get put in your bank account. Taxes do get put in your bank account, but is there to let you know what you owe the taxman. I like exporting the from Transactions, so I can choose the report(s) I need.
This link will take you there.
In Square you will find there are multiple ways to get the same information you are looking for 🙂
