I swear I've looked EVERYWHERE online. We're changing the layout of our business front desk and I want a new adhesive plate before removing the current one. Where can I order one? I haven't seen any way to order one via support either.

Olive, I just spent 43 minutes on the phone with customer support where the rep clearly didn’t understand what I was asking for starting with him attempting to send me a replacement reader to telling me that the adhesive pad was not available as a replacement, that it only came packaged with the stand. It was only after I asked for a supervisor that a replacement became available and they’re sending the entire kit when I only needs the adhesive. I need to replace this pad every year as our fundraising event takes place at a local mall with a mall provided kiosk to which I have to attach and then remove at the end of the event. To avoid future problems is it possible to get 4-5 adhesive pads so I’ll have them available for the next few years?  Thank you for your help.

Are you looking to purchase a Square Stand for the iPad, or are you looking for a specific piece of equipment to mount the device other than the counter? Can you give an example? Thank you!

Morning,

I was looking for the adhesive/mounting kit for the stands we already have.

we have moved them a few times, and they won’t stay in place anymore.

just brought a few of the usb acc. Cables. 
because the stand would just twist up the cable.

does this help?
