Where can I find the routing and account number for my square debit card?

I'm trying to add my square debit card to Venmo but it asking for the routing and account number of my account. Where can I find this information?

You aren't able to link your Square Card to any service like Venmo.

Thanks for stopping by! Happy to help. 

When you have Square Checking you get an account and routing number. On venmo you are able to add a bank account manually with routing and account number. So you should be able to add your Square Checking account to Venmo.

so I had luck with venmo! PayPal not so much unfortunately. I even called their customer service and they weren't able to figure it out either. we get an error when we enter the routing/account number. odd that the issue doesn't happen with venmo since they are joint companies. thoughts?

Hey there @loribradeen here are the steps to locate your Account and Routing numbers.

Within your Square Point of Sale app:

1. Go to Square Checking balance > Account Details.
2. Scroll down to see your account and routing numbers.

From your Square online Dashboard:

1. Go to Balance, and select a location under Locations.
2. Click the gear icon, then select Transfer settings.
3. Click View account & routing number. You’ll be prompted to provide a verification code that was sent to the email address associated with your Square account.
4. Once you provide the code, select Next. Your account and routing numbers will be visible, and you can copy your account details onto your device.
