I manually entered my first sale on an AMX card for a sale over the phone. The system said the card was charged with no error messages yet my account balance remains "$0". When does the money show up in my balance? Did everything go as it should?
Hi @wizardgene. It should show up immediately, or very close to immediately. I see you posted this 7 hours ago, so if it has still not shown up, you should contact the Square Customer Success Team and have them look into whether or not everything went as it should.
