Hello. We are having an issue with our Square payment on our Weebly Website. Our customers keep getting the message their credit card information is invalid. What can we do to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
@steps_tx thanks for posting and welcome to the seller community! I'm really sorry to hear the frustration regarding your online store. Do you know if this is happening to every customer or just a handful of them? Also, have they tried on different browsers?
Finally, can you please test the checkout on your website to see if you can get a payment to go through? If not, please respond with your URL and we can try to take a look!
Thank you so much for your response! I was able to fix it by restarting a few things on our website and republishing it. I am not sure exactly what happened, but everything is fixed now.

Hello @arthur_mc, I am sorry to hear you having issues getting processing payments on your website!
It looks like the above steps_tx republished her website and found that resolved her issue. I would definitely suggest trying that. If you continue to struggle you can reach out to Square Online at Support at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. We will need to take a further look into your account in order to better assist. But if the error message keeps stating the card is invalid I will be honest there isn't going to be much our team can do to resolve this, as the customer will have to speak with their bank. Square cannot override an invalid card error.
