What resources are available for food trucks?

Is there a system in place which would allow food trucks to post their food menu online and customers could place their orders online, pay online, and schedule a time for pick-up based on the food truck full-time availability? This type of system is needed as Food Trucks have been hurt badly by COVID-19. I would love to be a test case or pilot. Please advise.
