If you think you may have signed up for a Square account in the past, but you're unsure, I'd suggest attempting to log in to your Square Dashboard. Depending on the browser you used at sign-up, your log in credentials may be stored, or you may already be logged into the account from your last session.
If you're prompted to log in, but you're unsure of the details you originally used, then I'd recommend searching the term 'Square' in all of the email accounts that you think you could have possible used during your registration. Once you've identified the email address that was used, you can click the forgotten password link on our log-in page.
Once signed in, you can manage your Square Card from the Balance section of your Dashboard.
