What do they use to ship & why can't I find my package

I ordered a square on 23 Sept. It is still not here. I tried using the number they provided for tracking: Doesnt work in DHL, FEDEX, USPS, UPS... "Order Status" says they used DHL-- first mention of a carrier of any type. "Order Shipped" email seems to have either a button that doesn't work ["Track your Shipment"] or is just designed in a terrible and confusing way. Last known mention of it on the "Order Status" page says

    Now these aren't anywhere near where I live. In fact its several thousand miles off. The address they sent to is correct. Does anyone have any experience with this or ideas how to proceed? I've already sent an email because the live chat is a bot and the call center hours are over well before I get home from work.
