What measures can I take against customers ordering food online and then later disputing the charges.
This is a complicated question @peaceofsoulsc. Disputes are never fun and the hardest part is that the decision belongs to the Card Holder's Issuing Bank and not from Square.
Something I can recommend is using our Risk Manager tool which would help provide tools to reduce these activities. Our fraud prevention and detection software automatically identify unusual payments and fraud patterns.
