What are the troubleshooting steps for the Contactless and Chip Card Reader?

I am just getting started and I have three questions.

1.  The swipe reader is working fine.  I am going to have others working when I am not in the store.  Can they use the same swipe card reader and does it cost.  Doe I ihave to download the app to all three or " does the reader know?

2.  I have the chip and touch (air) pad also.  Ii cannot get it to work.  How can I get this up and running?

3.  Is there any one "live on weekends to take a phone inquiry?

1.  any device must have the app installed to use the swiper.  It's free and you simply download and login.

2.  you'll need to be more specific.  iPad Air?  what chip reader (Plug in or Bluetooth)?

3.  There is no weekend support on the phone  M-F 6am to 6 pm PST
