Weebly online ordering default prep time error randomly 5 hrs to default time of 30min

This only happens on a couple items and it has been happening for 3 weeks.  I have toggled a few things to see if I can reset the issue but it seems to be an internal programing issuse.  I have tried clearing the cache of all orders.  I have tried deleteing said problem items and making new ones.  I have carefully verified that the settings are the same as all items that are not problem items....   Very difficult to verbalize with out seeing it in action,

I definitely see how it's hard to verbalize that but I get what you're saying. If you've already checked the settings to make sure the prep times were correct- your next step should be reaching out to our direct CS team who can look into your account with you and file a ticket if need be.

 

The Seller Community is more intended for seller to seller conversation so we don't have access to accounts from here though other sellers can chime in if they were experiencing the same issue. I haven't seen this one myself personally so it may be a bug.
