Ok, so I've found posts dating back to 2020 about this. I have 2 sites, deleted one, and still can't access the weebly app because my account is not supported.
How is this not fixed yet? Is there a work around I'm unaware of?
Using an app to upload product is kind of a necessity for me.
Yup this is a thing @SynneLuna - I went for a beta test but couldn't as at one point I'd had two sites. Think when the second site is created there's a massive backend change that can't be undone.
I don't have any inside knowledge, but would guess it's made even harder with it being a weebly legacy app and everything moving over the the Square online frames so wouldn't expect this to change even thought it's been known for years.
