Variable price item won't edit or delete

In the Square app I have items that show as variable price, even though I entered an actual price for them. When I try to edit, they are greyed out and aren't able to be edited.
In my online account, they don't show up at all as items.
How do I edit or delete them?

Hmm, strange! So long as the item you created has a price saved with it, you shouldn't be able to leave it as variably priced. We might need to look into your account with you for this one so if you haven't already, contact our Support team!

I was able to fix this by deleting the app and reinstalling it. Also, I reached out to the support team and they were very helpful.
