Using PassCodes for multiple people - selling from same inventory?

Hello, I am with a CubScout Pack that using our Square Account to sell popcorn in front of a variety of Store Fronts over the course of 2 months.
We ask our parent volunteers to download Square POS to their phones and provide chip/swipe readers for them to use.
Last year, we had them all log into our account via our Admin credentials. I REALLY don't want to do that this year.
IS there a way that I can have them all access the selling features only by putting in a passcode?

I just don't want them all having access to the full account.
Thanks, Sara 🙂

@PopcornKernel This wouldn't be a problem at all!

We have what's called Team Management. With this, you're able to set up a "Team Passcode" that everyone can use and share the same access and permissions! All permissions set by you, of course. 😄

That link above goes through everything you need to know about using and setting up those Team Permissions. But don't hesitate to reach out if you have other questions!
