If someone boos an appointment with any other employee, I see the booking under the Appointments Overview, but it does not show up under "notifications." How can I get all bookings to show up under notifications?
Hey @NYCBC! Are you the owner needing to see notifications of when appointments are booked with employees?
You can login to the Dashboard and head to the Staff page. Choose a staff member and scroll down until you see Notifications. You can enable either email, text, or both.
Let me know if I'm missing the mark on your question, though.
