I had a order come through our website that the customer added a coupon code and it was accepted. The problem is I do not discount any of our products. I did not add a coupon code or authorize the use of one. How do I remedy this??
Hi there. So sorry to hear this is happening. Sounds very frustrating. I think my first step would be to try and figure out what the coupon code was exactly and where it came from. I would also double check your settings to make sure an old coupon code isn't still active or that another employee set one up by accident. If you can figure out what the code was, I'd be happy to help you try and figure out where it came from 🙂
