If I haven't added an item, I have always put what was sold under "Notes" for a custom amount. When I look at the items online there is no field for what was put in the notes and there is nothing when I export it either.
I'm losing data on new items when this happens. Does anyone have any idea on how to get this to show up?

Thanks for reaching out! Happy to take a deeper dive into this.
I just want to confirm have you tried these steps:
Login to Dashboard > Transactions > Click the drop arrow next to "Card # " > Select Note> Search Note. Once you search note all the transaction with that note will populate.

You can then export the transaction CSV file. Once you open the csv file under "Description" you will see the note.
