US company to accept International Payment from Australia - Not working

I've been reading through the threads and can't find an answer. I did the 5 zero deal and still doesn't work. I live in the US and trying to accept a payment from Australia. Its not a 5 number its only 4. What do I need to do?

When accepting international payment cards, entering the full postal code or enter five zeros usually does the trick for sellers. 

If you're still receiving a decline, it might be due to a different reason. The only way to know for sure would be if we looked at the payment with you.
