Trying to charge the $1.00 to set up my reader. It says it needs to update the reader and that's as far as it will go. It's been at 0% for a long time.
Try restarting the app or your phone. Maybe it just got stuck.
@LD The firmware update shouldn't take more than about 10 minutes.
Force Quitting the App, toggling on/off your bluetooth connection, or as @VanKalkerFarms mentioned, restarting your phone might help it along a bit.
