did you make the charge larger or smaller than it should be? checking the transaction at the time of the sale is always of utmost importance.
If it was too high and a credit card transaction you can simply go in and refund the difference.
If it was too low then you will need to contact the customer and talk to them about charging the card again for the difference. there is not a way to change the amount charged to a card to make it more.
