Transactional email box missing

I have two Square accounts as storefronts.  On one I do not have the ability to enter an email to recive transactional emails at.  On the other I do.  I would like to enter an email to receive the transactional email on the account that is missing the box.  Anyone know how I can do this?

Sorry for the confusion—are you referring to the email address that displays in the footer of the invoice? If so, here's where you can edit that detail: I am trying to change the e-mail address that is listed on the bottom of invoices being sent out?

 

If I'm missing the mark on this, can you reply with a bit more information on what you mean by the transnational email box? Will be happy to take a closer look.
