I have free transactions right now but I'm still being charged a fee. Anyone else having that issue?
Yes, you will still be charged but you will then be reimbursed. See this help article, it explains the process and where you can see your reimbursements.

the fees are charged at time of transaction but credit on your deposit. see here. https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/deposits
Before when I checked the deposit I would notice I was being reimbursed, but now I'm not and I still have a ton of "free" transactions left.
