While we're not able to look into transactions via this forum, you can always check if a transaction was successful via your Dashboard, or in-app via the Transactions tab.
If you're not able to locate a transaction here, it means that it wasn't successfully processed. If your customer tells you that they have a charge on their statement, it's worth checking if the charge is pending. Pending charges automatically drop within a few business days - learn more here.
