The enter manual credit card is grayed out and says cannotbbe used offline.

I can't enter manual credit card payment from the appointment screen.  Says I'm. Offline. I checked and it doesn't show offline.

What kind of device are you trying to take payments on?

 

One thing to try and make sure that you are have "Manual Payments" turned on in your app Settings under Payments.
