Hello,
I know we are unable to add text to the text confirmations but once the appointment is booked, the notification states " We will call you at xxx-xxx-xxxx" - My business doesn't call anyone for the appointment. Can this message be removed? It has become very confusing for my customers as to why would I be calling them.

Right now - those text messages are automated, so there isn't a way to remove that portion of the message. I will add that option to the Customization Feature Request.
