Temporarily suspend Loyalty, does it retain customer points?

Due to COVID19 laying waste to my business right now, I need to scale back on some of my expenses. 

 

Does anyone know if you can suspend your loyalty program, but when you reinstate it, does the system still retain your clients previous points? I dont want my customers to lose all of their loyalty points but I also need to save some money as well. Thanks in advance!

Hey @AudreyS,

 

I'm not sure if you got a chance to see our Resources Page or our emails regarding the COVID-19 next steps but you can continue to use Loyalty and we're refunding all subscription fees for the month of March as of right now. 

 

To answer your question though- none of the points would be lost.
