I am trying to synch my webstore square account with mobile square account so I don't have to build my inventory in the mobile app. I have asked my web hosting company to activate off-line payments, which should achieve this? I am able to use the card reader on my phone to accept payment, but there is not merchandise available when I do so.
I think we need a little bit more information here to pinpoint what may be happening here, @markschille. It sounds like you're using a third-party platform to build out your website - is that right? We'll be able to better answer your question once we know which platform you've used to build out your website.
If you are indeed using a third-party platform for your website, are you asking how to sync your Square Item Library with your website? Or are you asking something else?
