State Sales Tax Online Shop Question

I don't collect my state's sales tax for items sold out of state, including online.  How do I make it where if someone out of state doesn't pay sales tax for my online shop?

That is the way it automatically is. Once the customer puts in their address the tax will or won’t be applied depending on their input.
