It sounds like you may be referring to our Employee Management tools: https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5591-employee-management Is that correct? If so, you'll need to set the appropriate permissions to enable your co-worker to accept payments. You can find instructions in that Help Center article.

 

Or, if you logged into your Square account on your coworker's phone then the funds from any transaction taken should be deposited into your bank account, as though it were taking place on your personal phone.
