Square will not store card information when swiped

It works on my other iPad so not sure why it doesn’t on this one. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app but still having the same problem.

Can you tell us a little more about what you are experiencing? When a card is swiped it does create an Instant Profile, but not all cards transmit information that will identify the card. For instance chip cards do not transmit the Name of the cards the way Magstripe Cards can. It is often dependent on what is embedded in the Card itself, and what the card issuer allows us to capture at the time of the sale.
