We have two square registers and they are set up to print on line orders on a network printer. One day it will print others not. Have to use APPLE I pad to get reliability
Hey @keyworth. This sounds quite frustrating. Have you tried the suggested troubleshooting steps in this article? Once those have been completed, if the issue is still occurring, please let me know so we can look into this further.
The printer will print if we use the reprint button. It will print in person order tickets. It seems it is a bug I am told and they are trying to fix it. Taking a long time
